As a CogniHear certified provider, we do things differently and look at both how the ears pickup sound and assess the auditory system as a whole, from your ears to your brain. We gather all of this during a functional hearing assessment. However, the need for repetition, lack of time and easy access to videos have made online aural rehabilitation popular since it also leads to success. Two of the popular online options we suggest are 5 Keys Communication and Amptify.<\/p><p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.5keys.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">5 Keys Aural Rehabilitation<\/a> program provides access to weekly emails for one year including communication tips, resources and other pointers to help maximize your success.<\/p><p><a href=\"https:\/\/amptify.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Amptify<\/a> offers an interactive curriculum, auditory training games, hearing health coach and a peer support community via their app or website.
