Dr. Alexandra Tarvin
Audiologist
Tinnitus and Sound Sensitivity Specialist
Dr. Alexandra Tarvin, Au.D., the founder of Elevate Audiology, is a highly skilled audiologist dedicated to personalized patient care. With expertise in evaluating and treating hearing disorders, fitting hearing aids and advising on tinnitus management, she is recognized as a leading professional in the field.
Dr. Tarvin earned her Doctor of Audiology from the University of South Florida and holds a bachelor’s degree in communication sciences and disorders from the University of Florida.
Dr. Tarvin’s commitment to advancing audiology knowledge is showcased through her published research and presentations at state and national conferences.
As a certified fellow of the Tinnitus Practitioners Association and a member of the American Tinnitus Association, Dr. Tarvin specializes in tinnitus and sound sensitivity. Her dedication extends beyond clinical practice; she actively contributes to state and national professional organizations, volunteering in leadership roles and advocating for increased access to audiology services within the healthcare system at the state and federal level. She has been instrumental in developing an audiology clinic at the Samaritan Health Center in Pickens County, providing services to those that would otherwise not be able to receive them.
Recognized for her advocacy efforts, Dr. Tarvin received an award in 2017 from the Academy of Doctors of Audiology. Her passion for enhancing audiology awareness and services is demonstrated through active participation in lobbying endeavors. Originally from Queens, NY, Dr. Tarvin resides in Greenville with her husband, a veteran, their son, Miles and their dog, Colby.
Dr. Tarvin is licensed to practice in South Carolina and North Carolina.

Dr. Katelyn Ooms
Audiologist
Auditory Processing Specialist
Hailing from Albany, New York, Dr. Katelyn Ooms earned her Doctor of Audiology from East Tennessee State University following her bachelor’s degree in communication sciences and disorders from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania. She completed her clinical residency with us at Elevate Audiology from 2023-2024, where she quickly became a valued member of our team.
Inspired by her early experiences learning sign language and connecting with the Deaf community, Dr. Ooms has devoted her career to serving individuals with hearing loss. She has developed a special focus on auditory processing disorders, bringing these much-needed diagnostic and treatment services to our community. Additionally, she works closely with our veterans and generously volunteers her expertise at the local Samaritan Health Clinic, providing compassionate care to underserved populations.
Outside the clinic, Dr. Ooms enjoys relaxing with her fluffy cat, Hiro, and sharing laughs with her family during online board game nights.
Dr. Khori Cioli
Audiologist
Tinnitus Specialist
Originally from Poughkeepsie, New York, Dr. Khori Cioli earned Doctor of Audiology from the State University of New York at Buffalo. She earned her bachelor’s degree in communication disorders from SUNY New Paltz, where she cultivated her passion for helping others through personalized care. She completed her clinical residency with us at Elevate Audiology from 2024-2025, where she learned from our team.
With her naturally calming demeanor, Dr. Cioli brings a thoughtful, patient-centered approach to audiology. She has developed a particular interest in tinnitus care and management, regularly completing advanced training to support patients in navigating the challenges of tinnitus and improving their quality of life. Her focused training in the clinic was was under Dr. Alexandra Tarvin. Her dedication to counseling and creating individualized care plans allows her to connect deeply with patients, empowering them to achieve better outcomes.
When she’s not in the clinic, Dr. Cioli enjoys expressing her creativity through art and cherishing time with friends and family.
Jaymee Morgan
Audiology Assistant
Jaymee Morgan is our Audiology Assistant. She was born in Easley and graduated from Pickens High School. Jaymee furthered her education at Greenville Technical College, where she received an associate degree in business management. She completed her Audiologist’s Assistant certificate from Nova Southeastern University in October 2023. She has several years of customer service experience as well as a passion for non-profit and volunteer work.
Outside of the office, you can find Jaymee spending time with her pets and partner, working on a craft project or finding new ways to enjoy the outdoors.
Shannon Williamson
Audiology Assistant
Shannon is our Audiology Assistant in Easley and a proud native of upstate South Carolina. Her journey in patient-centered care began with six years as a Newborn Hearing Screen Coordinator, where she discovered her passion for supporting patients and families with compassion and dedication.
Shannon brings her warm spirit and strong communication skills to every interaction, helping our patients feel comfortable and confident throughout their visit. Whether she’s greeting you at the front desk or assisting during appointments, Shannon’s genuine care for others is always evident.
Outside of work, Shannon is a proud mom to her two sons, Christopher and Seth, and her stepson, JR. She also loves spending time with her two beloved dogs, Sunny and Otis. In her free time, you’ll often find her capturing memories through photography, trying out new baking recipes, exploring the outdoors, traveling, or enjoying a good concert.
Amanda James
Patient Care Coordinator
Amanda James joined Elevate Audiology in January 2026 as a Patient Care Coordinator. Originally from Charleston, South Carolina, she now resides in Greenville and brings a strong background in both customer service and healthcare to our team.
Amanda is passionate about creating a welcoming, supportive experience for every patient and family she serves. Her attention to detail and compassionate approach helps ensure each visit runs smoothly from start to finish.
Outside of the office, Amanda is a proud mom of four and loves spending time with her children and family. In her free time, she also enjoys vlogging and capturing everyday moments that matter most.
Eliza Young
Patient Care Coordinator
Born in New York City and raised in Mauldin, South Carolina, Eliza is a graduate of Mauldin High School and is currently continuing her education in Business Management. She brings over 12 years of customer service experience to Elevate Audiology, along with a genuine passion for helping others and giving back to her community.
Eliza is known for her welcoming presence and thoughtful attention to detail, helping ensure each patient feels supported from the moment they walk through the door. Her background in customer service allows her to create positive, meaningful experiences for patients and their families.
Outside of the office, Eliza enjoys spending time with her son, Samael, and working alongside her mother on DIY home projects. She also loves traveling, cooking, and baking whenever she gets the chance.
